This is a fully customized taped Litz wire, consisting of 600 strands of enameled wire stranded together with a single wire diameter of only 0.05 mm.
The outstanding features of this taped litz wire is its unique outer film. The taped litz wires are typically wrapped with a polyesterimide (PI) film, our products are specifically designed with a PTFE (Teflon) film. PTFE films have excellent insulating properties, making them ideal for applications where thermal and electrical properties are critical.
